They are manufactured of 2 mm white acrylic capped ABS. They are not thin and as strong or stronger than an adult kit! They are 75% scaled down version of the real thing. With 100% of the detail!        The kit contains: All the plastic parts needed to assemble the kit. The plastic bubble tinted lenses for the helmet. The rubber and the stickers are included. Instructions will be included. All the parts and accessories are scaled to 75% of the origonal stormtrooper size!   What you will need to find yourself: You will need to get all the bolts and screws as you will not find them here. You will need hot glue and velcro.     The coin is a 20p in the pictures You can see in alot of the pictures that the 75% armour is next to the 100% full size armour!   Fitting Guidlines   We have assembled 1 kit that was a prototype and put it on a dummy. We had to cut the parts down abit to get it to fit the dummy.   We then learned from the problems from the first moldings and learned by our mistakes! The helmet was a problem with the size and we have increased the size of the helmet to fit properly. We then made the parts in 2mm ABS and they are now perfect!  Remember it is 75% of the normal size, so it will fit a person that is between 50% and 75% of a 6 feet 1 inch adult size. I know that is a little vague but we have not had time to fit it to different size children!     Please remember that everything that we sell has a 100% money back guarantee!
