I believe it was originally produced by a company called Unobtainium. The unit is made almost entirely of cnc machined aluminum and was then polished to a mirror like chrome finish before it was assembled. The company had an original to go by so I believe it is about the most accurate replica you can get. Also, when you pull the trigger the vents at the top light up an otherworldly green to simulate that it is firing. To replace the battery, all you have to do is remove the grip on one side and put in a new battery. Auction is for the cricket only, the acrylic stand is not included.
