My name is Cydney Neil and I created and operated the Rocky Point Haunted House in Utah where it was open from 1979-2007.  I was fortunate over the years to have great friends in the entertainment industry that either gave, sold or made many of the fabulous props I used in my sets.  When I made the decision to close my show and auction off all of my props, there were several items, for one reason or another, I just couldn't part with at the time. Most of them had been very personal to me. Now, given some time, I think I can finally let them go. There are some really wonderful items included in the auction that not only have a lot of sentimental value to me but many items that I guarantee will come complete with their very own entity attached! The unique collection of the late Robert Burns are irreplaceable collectors items that anyone should feel fortunate to own. This is one of six different lunatic characters that were made by KNB EFX in LA. They were created out of latex and worn as masks in the remake of House on Haunted Hill. They were seen briefly in the tank where Geoffrey Rush is being held and driven mad. They are all very creepy and can be used in an asylum for a very authentic looking crazy character! Some of them were used on bodies dressed in straight jackets in the Rocky Point Haunted House in the very disturbing tilting room in the Insane Asylum set. Some are painted but some are not finished and are just the foam mask.
