It is a custom cowl, made of thick strong urethane (not latex), yet flexible. The urethane chosen by the artist has a great feeling when worn or touched. Its practically flawless. Great color.The cowl is an artist reproduction of the one seen in the '89 movie, it has a raw look faithfull to that of the first Tim Burton movie. However, this particular cast  also loosely resembles the design of the new Begins/Dark Knight cowls and could be easily used with the new costume. The cowl was worn two or three times, then only used for display in a smoke free/pet free environment.This is not a mass produced cowl; it is a one of a kind custom made replica. Once it's gone, it's gone.I do not make these cowls, and they are getting increasingly difficult to find, especially for the first movie, so...
