We start with an ARMOR FX armor suit with over 50 seperate pieces. We fully assemble the suit, paint the O2 tank, apply all decals, apply all velcro. Then we assemble the helmet with a custom made speaker system, fan system, and vented nose. The speaker system is FULLY integrated into the helmet so NO hanging wires.The fan system is completely self contained in the helmet so NO wires. The helmet nose is cut, special decals applied, and black metal screens inserted. The suit also comes with OUR patented snap system to hold your suit on. This costume also comes with a black leather holster !! Then there's patent leather trooper boots. A pair of leather and neoprene trooper gloves.A shoulder pauldron in gray, orange, black, white, and blood red. The BEST MADE trooper neck ring from spandex and satin that holds it's shape. A spandex trooper bodysuit with hand and feet stirrups. And a resin blaster for trooping ! THIS SUIT IS WORN BY 95% OF TROOPERS THAT SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE COSTUME !!!
