This LP is singularly unique where authenticity is concerned.  My associate and I purchased TWO signed LPs by the pop group The Beatles, directly fro Frank's personal collection.  At the time Frank and I were good friends.  The LP presented in this auction went to my associate Steve Yach.  Note amongst the photos there are TWO Caiazzo LOAs.  One notes the approximate value of the LP at that time.  It is rather apparent that authentic signed memorabilia (especially LPs which are becoming much more difficult to find)  maintain their collectability. value, and attraction as investments as they perform, in Franks words, perhaps as well, or better than, blue chip stocks.  Note that in addition to the TWO LOAs you'll find a photo of the bank check receipt as purchased by Steve Yach and made payable to Frank Caiazzo.  This rare provenance assures the Caiazzo authentication is unquestionable in the somewhat stormy seas of todays memorabilia marketplace.   This VERY SAME LP, with the sole addition of Brian Epstein's signature, is valued at $75,000.00 (as quoted in USA Today) in the current "Gotta Have It" (formerly It's Only Rock and Roll) catalogue.  Epstein's signature has never been valued at $40k.   Feel certain what you purchase here is genuine and will perform for you as investment, or a piece of pop-Rock history you can proudly display knowing genuine items from The Beatles are rare (more being retired to permanent personal collections), and therefore more pricey as the years/decades fly by.
